More Information
The Overdraft Privilege Program is available for ATM Cash Withdrawals; Debit Card Purchases; Internet Banking and Bill Payment; Telephone Banking Transactions; and other electronic means.
We may approve certain transactions that overdraw your account. An overdraft fee of $32.50 may be charged for each transaction that overdraws your account. There is a limit of $97.50 on the total fees we can charge you for overdrawing your account per day.
The categories or types of transactions that may overdraw your account include payments, purchases, and transfers of funds.
Whether your overdrafts will be paid or not is at our sole discretion and we reserve the right not to pay. For example, we typically do not pay overdrafts if your account is not in good standing or if you have too many overdrafts. We reserve the right to require you to repay your overdrafts immediately or on demand.
Participation in the Overdraft Privilege Program is not mandatory. You may opt-out of the service any time by notifying one of our service representatives. Furthermore, you may revoke your affirmative consent to have ATM & everyday debit card transactions considered for payment under the Overdraft Privilege Program without removing other items from the service. Simply inform us of your preference.
As noted, we retain full discretion to decline to pay any item under the Overdraft Privilege Program. That means we can refuse to pay any overdraft for any reason. Even if we decide to pay an overdraft item, absent an agreement to the contrary, such payment does not create any duty to any future overdrafts. If we do not authorize and pay an overdraft, your transaction will be declined and we may assess NSF fees on your account in accordance with your account agreement and the fee schedule in effect at the time of overdraft.
